While the flyover was set to be inaugurated a month ago during the 10-day long ‘Praja Palana Vijayotsavalu’ held in December, it was postponed. Cost of the project, built under Strategic Road Development Programme (SRDP), was ₹799.74 Crore. It will address traffic issues in the localities around the flyover, as per a press release.
