Bengaluru hotel staff detained for posting scroll abusing locals on display board

Bengaluru police have detained the manager and staff of a hotel at Koramangala after locals found a derogatory and abusive scroll on the display board of the hotel against Kannadigas.

On May 16 night, based on a complainant filed by Kannada activists, the Madiwala police rushed to the hotel and removed the scroll. They detained the manager and staff of the hotel for questioning.

The owner of the hotel is from Kerala. He accused the person who made the advertisement display board of manipulating words to create the derogatory content.
