The 1993 batch IRAS (Indian Railways Accounts Service) officer T. Hema Suneetha took charge as the Principal Financial Advisor (PFA), South Central Railway (SCR), on Tuesday (April 8, 2025). After completing her Bachelors of engineering in electronics and communications from Osmania University and post-graduation diploma in management from IIM, Kolkata, she had joined the Indian Railways in 1995.
She was awarded “The DG’s Medal” for standing first in the training course with distinction at Railway Staff College (Now National Academy of Indian Railways), Vadodara. Her previous stint has been as Financial Advisor (FA) & Chief Accounts Officer/Traffic & Capex Management, SCR.
During her tenure in Southern Railway spanning over two decades, she had worked in various capacities. She was also associated with the prestigious Vande Bharat project as FA & CAO (projects) in Integral Coach Factory/Perambur, as per a press release.
