Jio customer representative calls you within 3 to 4 days. KYC verification is done at your home itself. In this, verification of Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) is done. For this you have to present one of the documents like Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport and Driving License.
Your new Jio Postpaid Plus SIM is delivered to you and activated within 24 hours. A security deposit of Rs 250 is taken by Jio and Rs 99 is charged for Jio Prime.
