To start a YouTube channel, it is necessary that you first have an active Google account. If you do not have a Google account, then you first create a Google account. YouTube can start the process of creating a YouTube channel after signing from Google account on YouTube.
Create channels on YouTube
First of all, go to YouTube and click on the thumbnail image of your YouTube account at the top of the right corner. Clicking on it will open a point down tab, now go to the gear icon given to ‘Creator Studio’ for YouTube setting in this tab. Select this button for YouTube setting gear icon.
After clicking on this gear icon, you will be redirected to the account setting page where you can select the ‘Create A Channel’ option.

Now, a new dialogue box will open in which you have to enter the name of YouTube channel. For the name of YouTube channel, you can choose the first and last letter of your name or another (ricamanded) name. It is best to choose a name that makes it clear to whom your YouTube channel is related to. Once you select the name, you have to select the category. After doing this, you have to click on the dialog box made for consent on page terms. Now click on ‘Dun’ below. (Read the terms and conditions carefully before clicking on the check box)
After doing so, now you have officially created a YouTube channel. Now you will be redirected on a new page where you can put pictures related to your brand, background art, channel icon. Keep in mind that you stay in your YouTube channel. If you are not on your YouTube channel, click on the account profile icon at the top of the right corner on the site and click on your new YouTube page from the drop down option.
You can select a pen icon to change the profile image in the YouTub channel that appears on the move on the default profile image. It is worth noting that the icon of your YouTub channel is also connected to your Google Plus page. So this change will appear on both pages and it may take some time to appear.
For the channel background, you can select the ‘Ed Channel Art’ tab. If you do not have a picture of the necessary dimensions at the moment, then it does not matter because YouTube has a gallery available for the background image.
Now, you can add fun and attractive descriptions about your new channel. Here you can share everything that shows what your YouTube channel is about and when do you want to post a content. Apart from this, you can also tell an email for business inquiry.
Now you can upload any video by selecting the option of video upload in your channel.
Take care of these settings of YouTube account
To make your YouTube account better, click on the gear icon once again. The gear icon will be seen on selecting your account profile image at the top of the right corner on the site.
If you want to connect your channel to social media site like Twitter, then you can click on ‘Connected Accounts’. This will connect your Twitter profile to YouTube channel for social updates. By adjusting the settings, you can get updates as per your priority.
Apart from this, by selecting ‘Feed Settings on Your Channel’, you can also manage the activity shared on the channel feed on your YouTube account. You also have the option to enable the channel discussion display. Along with this, you can also customize the layout of your YouTube channel.
To edit the likes and subscriptions of your channel, go to the account setting menu and click on ‘Privacy’.
To manage the email notifications coming from YouTube, go to the Account Santting Menu and click on ‘Notification’. With this you will be able to decide which activity or alert you will be able to make a notification.
