How to install Jio Fiber set-top box?
Reliance Jio will send a technician to your home for fiber installation. After this the person will ask you to open the MyJio app so that the voucher for the set-top box can be claimed. This process will take a total of 10 minutes. Once the setup is complete, you will be able to use your Jio set-top box with the TV.
The set-top box will initially install some updates and then reboot. Along with its first use, the remote control will also get a new software update.
What apps are available on Jio Fiber set-top box?
Currently, the Jio Fiber set-top box comes with Hotstar, YouTube, Voot, JioSaavn, JioTV Plus, SonyLIV and JioCinema apps. There is also a custom app store called JioStore. From here you will be able to download new apps. Apart from streaming, you can also download and play selected games.
Subscribers will get free subscription to Hotstar Vi plan, SonyLIV, Voot and other apps. But this will depend on the plan you choose.
