Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Yelahanka named best PM SHRI School in Bengaluru region, identified for ‘dedication to nation’

PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Air Force Station (AFS) Yelahanka was officially ‘dedicated to the nation’ as the ‘Best PM Shri School’ from Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools (KVS) in Bengaluru region.

This recognition was part of the fifth anniversary celebrations of the National Education Policy (NEP-2020), which was marked by a grand event hosted by the Ministry of Education at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

To honour the occasion, celebrations were held at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Yelahanka, where a commemorative plaque was unveiled by Air Commodore Rohith Vijaydev, chairman of the Vidyalaya Management Committee and Air Officer Commanding (AOC), AFS Yelahanka.

Dignitaries like Wing Commander Shreeprakash J.; Group Captain Yashdeep Dabbas, AFS Yelahanka; Hema K., Assistant Commissioner, KVS regional office Bengaluru; and Madan Mohan, principal, PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Yelahanka, were present.
