This month OnePlus and Realme launched their flagships, OnePlus 12 And launched Realme GT 5 Pro. Both the smartphones are equipped with superior specifications and give tough competition to each other in many segments. The OnePlus 12 is pitched as a premium contender in China with prices ranging from 4,299 yuan (roughly Rs. 50,200) to 5,799 yuan (roughly Rs. 67,800), with the top-of-the-line variant featuring 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Model is also included.

At the same time, Realme GT 5 Pro proves to be cheaper in terms of price. It is priced between 3,298 Yuan (about Rs 38,500) and 4,198 (about Rs 49,000), offering configurations up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.

Both OnePlus 12 and Realme GT 5 Pro smartphones support 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and come equipped with up to 1TB of storage. However, OnePlus also comes with a top-of-the-line variant with 24GB LPDDR5X RAM. At the same time, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM option is available in Realme phones.

There’s a 48-megapixel telephoto camera and a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with a 114-degree field-of-view.

At the same time, Realme GT 5 Pro has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 main sensor with OIS and f/1.6 aperture, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 periscope camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera with 112-degree ultra-wide angle lens. Sony IMX355 sensor included.

Dimensions

The OnePlus 12 measures 164.3×75.8×9.15 mm and weighs 220 grams, while the Realme GT 5 Pro measures 161×75.06×9.23 mm and weighs around 224 grams.

The OnePlus 12 boasts of an IP65 rating for dust and splash protection and includes sensors like a gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetometer, proximity sensor, and an under-display fingerprint sensor. At the same time, Realme GT 5 Pro features 3VC Vapor Chamber Iceberg Cooling System, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res and Dolby Audio certification and palm unlocking.
