Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday urged the Opposition to abandon what he termed as “cheap politics” following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech in the Lok Sabha on Operation Sindoor, stating that the Prime Minister had categorically outlined the government’s stand.
While speaking to ANI, Kiren Rijiju said, “… Prime Minister explained every aspect categorically and expressed the stand of the government very clearly… After the Prime Minister’s speech today, I think that even the opposition will leave behind their cheap politics and support him and the nation…”
Taking a swipe at the Congress, the Minister said, “Even if after the Prime Minister’s speech, they have any questions, I cannot say anything. I can only pity them… The narrative set by Congress, and what is going on in Pakistan, is very similar…”
