The 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant of this handset will be sold for 3,999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 42,100). There is also a Palace Museum Special Edition of this phone. It has a unique design and comes with accessories. The price of this variant with 10 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is 4,999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 52,700). The smartphone will be available in Onyx Black, Jade Green and Sapphire Blue colors. At present, Xiaomi has not said anything about making this handset available in India.

The price of this variant is 3,999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 41,400). It will be available in black and white colors. The price of Mi MIX 2S Art Special Edition is 4299 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 45,300).

The dual-SIM Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 will run on MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Two nano SIMs can be used in it. The handset has a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) OLED panel. The aspect ratio is 19.5:9. The screen to body ratio is 93.4 percent. Snapdragon 845 processor is available to provide speed and Adreno 630 GPU is integrated for graphics. Up to 10 GB RAM will be available for Jugalbandi.
There are a total of four cameras in this phone. Two rear cameras are provided along with two front cameras. There are two 12 megapixel sensors on the back of the phone. One is a wide angle lens and the other is a telephoto lens. The wide angle lens has Sony IMX363 sensor which has F/1.8 aperture. The telephoto lens has a Samsung S5K3M3+ sensor. Its aperture is F/2.4. Other features include dual-LED flash, OIS, optical zoom, AI background music, 960 frames per second slow motion, AI scene detection, AI Bokeh, AI Studio and AI scene detection.

Other AI features include Dynamic Bokeh, Smart Artifacts, Business Card Recognition, and Face Recognition. The company has said that the rear camera will have dual core phase detection auto focus.
