In a recent interview, Priyanka Chopra told that she was afraid of losing her daughter during pre-mature birth. Malti stayed in NICU for about 100 days after birth. At this time, the actress was very nervous and her husband Nick Jonas handled her firmly.

Priyanka Chopra further said that ‘When we brought her home, she could not sleep for several days. His heartbeat could be seen on the monitor in the hospital but there was no monitor at home. I used to listen with my ear on his chest. I used to wake up every 2 minutes to see if he was okay or not and this continued for weeks.
