Revolt RV 300 / Revolt RV 400
Revolt, the new company of smartphone manufacturer Micromax owner Rahul Sharma, is a completely Indian company, which had launched Revolt RV 300 and RV 400 electric bikes. Both the bikes come equipped with powerful specifications. RV 300 gets a motor with 1500W rating, which can reach a maximum speed of up to 65KM per hour. It has a battery of 2.7kWh capacity and the company claims that it can give a range of 80KM to 180KM. Its battery can be fully charged in 4.2 hours. Its ex-showroom price is around Rs 94,999.
Whereas, RV 400 has a 3000W rated motor, which can reach a maximum speed of up to 85KM per hour. It has a battery of 3.24kWh capacity and the company claims that it can give a range of 80KM to 150KM. Its battery can be fully charged in 4.5 hours. Its ex-showroom price is around Rs 94,999. Its ex-showroom price starts from around Rs 1,18,999.
Joy e-bike Monster
This Gujarat-based startup has several electric scooters as well as an electric bike. The size of the Monster is smaller than a conventional motorcycle, but it looks attractive. It is somewhat like Honda’s Navi. In this, the company has used a BLDC electric motor of 250W capacity, which helps it to reach a maximum speed of 25Kmph (kilometer per hour). The electric bike has a 72V, 39 AH (1.656 kWh) lithium battery pack. The company claims that this battery pack can be fully charged in 5 to 5.30 hours and it can run up to 100 kilometers on a single charge. It also has reverse mode, USB charging port and anti-theft system. The ex-showroom price of this bike is Rs 98,666.
Odysse Evoqis
Odysse is also a new name in Indian start-ups. The company recently launched its new electric bike Evoqis. The biggest attraction of this electric bike is its design. It is inspired by sports bikes, much like the Honda CBR. It has a 3000W capacity motor, which generates a maximum power of 4300W. This motor is capable of generating a peak torque of 64Nm for the bike. Due to this, the bike can reach a maximum speed of 80kmph (kilometer per hour). The battery is a 4.32kWh (72V Lithium-Ion) pack, which helps give the bike a range of 140 kilometers. It has four riding modes and also has anti-theft lock for safety. The bike was launched in India at a price of Rs 1.5 lakh.
