Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman B.R. Naidu announced that all possible steps would be taken to improve the academic infrastructure at the Sri Padmavati Women’s Junior College campus.
Expressing satisfaction at the impressive pass percentage registered by the students at the campus during his visit on Wednesday, along with Joint Executive Officer V. Veerabrahmam, and board member G. Bhanuprakash Reddy, Mr. Naidu directed the officials to address the basic needs of the students on a priority basis.
Improved medical facilities, installation of solar water heater facility, establishment of e-learning seminar hall, repairs to hostel and strengthening of the physical education facilities topped the list of requirements sought by the students. Mr. Naidu accepted them and promised that due action would be taken.
The TTD Chairman also took a stroll around the college premises, kitchen and hostel areas, before interacting with the students and their parents. Devasthanams Educational Officer Venkata Sunilu, Principal C. Bhuvaneswari Devi and Superintending Engineer Manoharam were also present.
