In the backdrop of differences between MLAs from Warangal and Minister Konda Surekha and the intense exchange of words between both the groups, the MLAs met Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday.

Though they submitted a representation requesting a sports academy and a modern cricket stadium in Warangal, it is being rumoured that the MLAs explained the political developments in the district, and the Minister and her husband Konda Murali were not in tune with the party’s image.

Mr. Konda Murali and the rest of MLAs in the district are at loggerheads over onemanship in the district and Mr. Murali went to the extent of claiming that the MLAs won because of his support in the last elections.

The delegation included Naini Rajender Reddy (Warangal West), Kadiyam Srihari (Station Ghanpur), Revuri Prakash Reddy (Parkal), K.R. Nagaraju (Wardhannapet), and Yashaswini Reddy (Palakurthy).
